Pass a veil over someone’s access to your attention, reactions, and private affairs.
What you’ll need
- A length of black ribbon
- A white card
- A small box
The ritual
- Write “My attention is closed to this” on the white card.
- Wrap the ribbon around the card until the words disappear.
- Place it in the box and close the lid without speaking further about the target.
- Keep the box closed while muting, blocking, or limiting the real channels through which they reach you.
