The blood-and-salt boundary
Center a personal boundary within a sealed ring of salt.
What you’ll need
- One drop of your own blood already available from routine medical testing or menstruation
- A cotton swab
- A small card
- A shallow dish
- Coarse salt
The ritual
- Write “My body, time, and consent remain mine” on the card.
- Place one blood mark beneath the sentence and allow it to dry completely.
- Set the card in the dish and pour a closed ring of salt around it without covering the mark.
- Seal and discard the swab, leave the arrangement overnight, then return the salt to household cleaning and store the card privately.
