The dustpan dismissal
Sweep a petty enemy’s influence out with the debris it has left behind.
What you’ll need
- A broom
- A dustpan
- A scrap of paper
The ritual
- Write the unwanted influence on the paper and tear it into several pieces.
- Scatter the pieces on a clean floor near the threshold.
- Sweep them into the dustpan in firm strokes directed out of the room.
- Empty the dustpan into an outside bin and clean the threshold once more.
