Seal the final opening through which a finished matter keeps trying to return.
What you’ll need
- A small card
- A dark marker
- A removable sticker
The ritual
- Draw a closed door on the card and write the finished matter behind it.
- Color the doorway until no opening remains.
- Place the sticker across the drawn threshold and write the closing date on it.
- Store the card away and remove the corresponding invitation, access, or exception from daily life.
