Create a private record of inherited strengths and patterns you choose to end.
What you’ll need
- One drop of your own blood already available from routine medical testing or menstruation
- A cotton swab
- A small notebook
- A red pencil
The ritual
- Divide one page into “I carry forward” and “I end here.”
- Write at least one inherited quality or pattern beneath each heading.
- Place a single blood mark on the dividing line and allow it to dry completely before closing the book.
- Seal and discard the swab, then add one practical action beneath each heading whenever you revisit the page.
