Mark a private ward against intrusion at the boundary of your personal space.
What you’ll need
- One drop of your own blood already available from routine medical testing or menstruation
- A cotton swab
- A small card
- Black thread
The ritual
- Write the boundary you are protecting on the card in plain language.
- Place one small blood mark at the center with the swab and allow it to dry fully.
- Wrap the card three times with black thread and knot it away from the writing.
- Seal and discard the swab, then keep the card in a private drawer near the threshold rather than on a shared surface.
