THE GRIMOIRE / HEXES & BINDINGS

The nine-dot binding

Bind a scattered problem into a form small enough to contain and address.

What you’ll need

  • A square of paper
  • A black pen
  • A ruler

The ritual

  1. Draw nine dots in a square and write one part of the problem beside each.
  2. Connect the outer dots to form a box around the center.
  3. Place one final dot at the center and label it with the boundary you control.
  4. Fold the paper into a small square and keep it with your action notes.
