Give heat and urgency to a warning that has been repeatedly ignored.
What you’ll need
- A sealed packet of red pepper flakes
- A red pen
- An envelope
The ritual
- Write your warning in one clear sentence with the red pen.
- Place the sealed pepper packet over the sentence and fold the page around it.
- Put the fold into the envelope and write the date by which action is required.
- Keep it somewhere visible to you while you communicate and enforce the warning directly.
