What you’ll need
- A pinch of clean charcoal powder
- A white card
- Clear tape
The ritual
- Rub a tiny amount of charcoal onto one fingertip and press it to the card.
- Write the behavior you want revealed beneath the print.
- Cover the mark with clear tape so it cannot smear or hide.
- Keep the card with your notes while documenting the pattern in ordinary, verifiable terms.
